I have had an Apple Watch since early 2016. My challenges get more demanding each month. This month they want me to average 146 minutes a day working out. I do a lot of workouts, but I do not do them to meet the Apple challenge. If I get it that is fine, if I don't, I don't worry about it. Last month I got it by going 345 miles. The challenges are interesting, but don't bother me one way or another.

The monthly challenges must be meant by apple . apple wants you to push your body to new limits . So everybody should fine time to meet apple demands . ??

So, what does it say about my exercise habits that my April Challenge is to meet my Stand Goal 12 days this month ??

My April challenge is 2,900 exercise minutes. I don't think I'll hit it, but I don't particularly care - I exercise as much as I can, but I don't alter my routine to hit some arbitrary goal from Apple. Lol
