So my boss has to open this store at 7am in the morning. Took over $4,000 worth of cigs and locked em in the basement. lol.. Showing up 15min b4 him and opening the door to make it look like someone got in overnight.

Sounds funny as long as you don't allow him to call the cops, etc... You also better have a decent relationship with him/her
At my work we have an "emergency exit: alarm will sound" door which never has an alarm. I was thinking it'd be funny to rig up a sensor and make an alarm go off when people go through it since people ALWAYS go through that door (myself included ).

maybe he's still trying to convince the police that it was just a joke and he wasn't really trying to steal the cigs?
i'm going to guess that this wasn't the best idea since he hasn't been back to post an update. unless you have the most laid back boss in the world something like this would never, ever, turn out well.

Heh got the call at 7:15 am freakin out. When I got in I got a bunch of **** about finishing my work instead of planning out a prank. As he's yelling at me, he steals my french fries. I asked em why didn't fire me and he goes "I wanted too but I needed off today" lol, can't get fired on palm Sunday. Haha! Imma get the security footage hopefully when he's not around; add more to the excitement.
