Aquamacs remap secondary enter key?

I need this key to act as control, i attempted changing a system source file but it turns out on the new mac book pro's the keyboard is usb. So that method doesnt work.

I than attempted used setq to change the enter key with no luck,

I really need the secondary enter key to acts as control,

Please do not suggest any helper programs, i dont need something sitting in the background just for a single key remap.

Eh...I don't think doublecommand actually has anything sitting in the background of anything. I think it just changes the profile when you use it. But eh, solve your own problems.
