I need an application that will enable me:
1. To create a vocabulary-table in which I have 3 columns: Number, English, Arabic. The column marked Arabic will contain text in Arabic script.
2. To sort the table alphabetically -- in relation to what is in the English column.
I love Tables for Mac, and have had quite exceptionally-good support from the developer, but for some reason I keep getting error-messages that tell me that my file cannot be saved. My present table has perhaps 100 records in it. I saved the first 70 or so without incident, but after that I started getting the error-message.
Can anyone either tell me what is wrong, or alternatively suggest another application ? I have got only about 9 gb free on this 60 gb disc, so I do not want a huge application.
Alternatively, can I arrange matters so that data-files are automatically saved at brief intervals while I am working on them ?
