Arch./Interior Design Program Recommendations

ISO a good design app for home renovations, etc. I use AutoCAD (overkill) and Live Interior 3D Pro (meh). Ideally, I want a simple yet robust app that allows 3D rendering. Ultimately, I'd love the ability to add furniture, fixtures, etc from retailers (ex. Restoration Hardware, Blanco, etc). Live Interior 3D Pro has "Trimble 3D Warehouse" for importing such things, it's a shame I dislike the app's interface.

I'm gutting out two master bathrooms in my home and will either use a contractor for a custom build or a semi-custom build with items from Waterworks, Restoration Hardware, Blanco, etc.
