Archiving Entourage email stored on my hd using Eeax

Would you know how to back-up my Entourage email that I have stored on my hard drive using Entourage Email Archive X (softhing.com)? Originally, the emails were stored on my Exchange Server but I made local folders in Entourage and now have them stored on my local hard drive.

When I open up Entourage Email Archive X (eeax) I can choose either to back-up either my Pop account or my Exchange account. Since the folders and sub-folders are neither I am wondering how can I use this program based on my current setup. I have over 10,000 emails to backup.
