Archos 504+helmet camera + my mac?

I am in need of a helmet camera outfit and this combo caught my eye, Has anyone tried it yet did the mpeg 4 files play on you Mac? if this won't work does anybody have a better suggestion? I'm really only interested in the camera option as I use my ipod for all my music.
