Hello macrumors, this is my first post here, so be nice 
. I have had the archos 504 for awhile, and used a PC to put all my music and videos etc. onto it. However, I bought a mac, and I don't know how to put music onto it.
I connect it using the USB in "PC hard drive mode". I looked on the archos website and it says that it should just appear on the desktop like an external hard drve, but it doesn't. There seems to be no reaction on the side of the mac.
What am I doing wrong? any help?
