ARD: change file asssociation via command line

I have about 80 10.5 machien in my office. they all use iTunes and share their Library's out.

The problem is that when they open a Voicemail in their email it then gets added to their itunes library, and shared out over the network.

I need to know how to change the default file association to Quick-time, from iTunes.


Anyone have any ideas? the googles did not help.
