ARD on OS X Server 10.6.4

Hello - We have an OS X Server running SNow Leopard 10.6.4 and the techs including my self are wanting to install ARD on our local machines. My question is how can we replicate or tie into the macs os x serve running ard on our local destops. I have setup scans on the x server and dont want to build those out again on each techs machine. is this possible?
