Are all four ports on the MBP 16" 2019 the same? External display blinked often when connect to ports on the right.

Hi, in previous MBP, although some ports had the same name, they were different. For example, in one generation, charging through the port near the LCD was faster than the other, etc. How about the MBP 16" 22019?

The reason I am asking is that I have an Apple USB-C Digital AV Multiport Adapter. When connecting to an external display via any of the ports on the right, the screen blinked very often for no reason.
