Are ALL of the new iOS 16 dictation features coming to macOS?

Is it confirmed that the new iOS 16 dictation features will come to macOS as well?

It says here that you get the automatic punctuation and emoji dictation but no mention of being able to edit text whilst using dictation.

Ventura public beta now has smart punctuation and it's terrible -- and I can't find a way to turn it off.

Anyone know how to turn automatic punctuation off?
