Might seem like a stupid question but I want to order a baseball game from dvdboxoffice so I want to make sure :)

They are region free to a point...

Sony has left it's up to the publisher to decide whether a game is totally "region free" or not. For instance, there are some PAL games which refuse to work on NTSC systems, simply because the publisher has decided that version won't work. If i were you, I'll ask the seller about his/her return policy, alternatively, you can resell the game to another buyer.

Ok so if I ordered a game that is Region 1 North America and in NTSC format, it will work for me in Australia?

Yes it should work. Check out Play Asia, it will say if it has any restrictions on the game.

Also another thing to remember is that some games the online play is region based. So if you buy a Japanese game then you may be limited to playing online with people only with that region disc.
