I have a new iPhone and was just sorting out my cables.
I was going through and found a bunch of USB- wide narrow cables.
It fits my new iPhone, iPod, etc. Are all of these interchangeable??

Thanks.

Frank

Quite possibly! Why not try them and see?

>>Quite possibly! Why not try them and see?<,

I hate to stick plugs into devices they aren't meant for. Didn't know if it could damage my new iPhone???

When you say 'wide' and 'narrow' are you talking about the dock plug itself? Wide ones are from the old Firewire days and will work for data transfer on newer devices but will not provide a charge. Narrow ones work with older and newer devices.

Works for me

FWIW,

I have collection of dock connector to USB cables from an old iPod mini, iPod touch and iPhone 3GS which are interchangeable. I can sync and recharge from any of them on all machines.

So far ...
