I am pretty sure you do not get trojan or malware from the apps you get officially from app store but how about the cracked apps ?

If you're jailbroken, you're on your own. But as far as I know, there was only one incident of a hack on jailbroken iOS. It was mostly contained in Australia a few years ago and the victim(s) did not change the default admin password on a certain app they had. Which allowed the attacker to gain access to their devices.

Otherwise, there are no known pieces of malware for iOS that I know of.

No, I heard mumblings a few weeks ago, about a malware app in the app store, but Apple was VERY quick to kill it.
