Are anyone's VZW expected ship dates being reduced?

I ordered on Saturday and the website had "Ship by 10/19."

I thought surely that it would come a little bit sooner than that but the order status says "Expected ship date: 10/19."

If you mean the 22nd, then that is realistic compared to other retailers' shipping dates, however other people received their phones before the 'expected ship date' as far as I have seen.

Friend preordered that Friday in store. He was told a week delay (Friday), but his is on FedEx for delivery tomorrow. Verizon.

Ordered my wifes phone on pre-order day. Ship date was supposed to be September 28th but it shipped from China on the 22nd and received it today.
