Are apple wallpapers copyrighted?

I know this is an unusual question but I want to use the andromeda galaxy wallpaper in the background of a video. Do I need to give credit to apple? If so anyone have the copyright for the wallpaper? Sorry, I'm new to this stuff.

Yes, I believe they are ... but the video may fall under fair use. i.e. Tutorial videos contain a lot of copyrighted material (OS X is the prime example), but because it is for education purposes, it is considered fair use.

I bet it gets complicated though... Can you profit from education? Directly, or indirectly?
