I'm looking at iFinance and iBank and it seems to me that iBank is a bit more complicated. What I mean by complicated is that there are more tasks involved in order to experience it fully. What are your thoughts?

I swtiched from quicken to iBank and love it. I don't know anything about iFinance but I wouldn't call iBank complicated. You can use as few or many features as you want and be up and running in only a couple minutes, then get more involved later.
