are dev forums down for anyone else?

i dont wanna violate the NDA by posting here, so i'm not going to unless someone is sure that its ok. i have a question about icloud and how it works.

i go to devforums.apple.com and it says there are only two forums, wwdc and safari. there is no iphone forum where i can ask my question. does anyone know whats up with this?
