Are First Generation MBP Top Cases Interchangeable With Each Other?

I've got a MBP Model A1211 (2.33 GHz Core 2 Duo) and I'd like to replace the top case. The cheapest top case I've found is from an A1226, the revision after mine.

Will the replacement top case work with my Mac?

Any insight is greatly appreciated!
