Are Google taking the Mick out of iTunes?

Todays Google image seems devoid of colour like the latest iTunes update.

You can tell the company is run by programmers and businessmen. They think that adding some stupid gimmick to their website is all it takes to make people think they're not evil stuffed corporate shirts.

I highly doubt that google changing its home page is an attempt to fool people into thinking they're not evil.

I'm not sure why the current google page is devoid of any color but its a bit paranoid to think its some plot by the corporate stuffed shirts.

by the way, given google's track record and cash flow, I'd say those programmers and businessmen seem to be doing a great job at running the company
