Got a new S11 watch, updated my phone to iOS26, and it's telling me they're not available in my region. I know they said they were only approved last week, so maybe we're waiting on a patch to enable them? I just hadn't seen anyone else talking about it and wanted to double check I'm not missing something. The US is listed here under the Hypertension Notification regional availability and it doesn't have an asterisk or anything saying "coming soon."

This happened to me as well with my new Series 11 - it actually works with my Ultra 2 and then sends me a push on my phone when I switch between watches that the HTN notifications are now turned off. I called Apple Support. They’re logging a case and in the interim I’m unpairing and repairing my new S11. Will let you know if that fixes this.

This made me remember that I never unpaired my S8 and I thought maybe it was just a bug about showing the wrong reason for not supporting the feature (device compatibility vs region availability). The problems persists after unpairing, though. Thanks for posting and please let me know if you discover anything new.

I have the same problem in the UK. They were active earlier in the week, but when I set up my devices as new today it said it was not available in my region?

I had that happening when I first upgraded my 13PM to 26 a week ago, cleared itself up after a reboot.
Go to the health app and set it up there

So, I unpaired my Apple Watch Series 11, then updated my Ultra 2 (?the day 1 update to 26, was already on the 26 GM), repaired Series 11 (keeping it on its charger and letting it think a while before I did anything crazy), and now it works. So maybe try re-unpairing / repairing?

Mine just started working again after I took Blood oxygen reading and an ECG on my Apple Watch.
no rebooting, no repairing - just a notification to say it was available again 🤷‍♂️

Might be worth a try before you go through the unpairing etc....
