Are iOS 12 Beta issues with Google Voice Fixed?

Under the iOS 12 Beta I had the following issue using Google Voice:

When using wifi-calling, I cannot hear Google Voice callers when the call is forwarded to my regular phone number. Google Voice callers can hear me, but I don't hear them.

Does anyone know if this has been resolved for the final release of iOS 12?
