Are iOS 6 firmwares going to be the last for the iPhone 3GS?

What do you guys think? I still have a 3GS running on iOS 6.0.1 and it is still pretty decent, not like my 2G or 3G running like crap! Lol

I would bet this is the case for sure.

I'm somewhat shocked it got iOS 6 support.

Hopefully this means that the iPhone 4 will get iOS 7 support.

It seems that Apple's philosophy is to provide iOS support for at minimum 1+ years (more like 2) from the phone being sold. Something Android can't touch almost ever.
