Dropped my 5s and got screen replaced but am worried it isn't the quality that it is supposed to be. Maybe I am just being paranoid but a reputable place fixed it. Does anyone know this?

Well, easy enough to tell. Can you actually resolve pixels when looking at it with your bare eyes? If not (or difficult to do so), then you're in the clear.

Does this look retina?

Yes, the screen replacement you can buy off of amazon and eBay are all retina. They're quality, i think, is subpar. Most of them have backlight bleeding issues, bad color rendering, low saturation, and the glass isn't gorilla glass so it can't take relatively big/more impacts like apple's screen.

This would be a good choice if you don't care too much about your screen or you are giving it away to someone. Its also a lot cheaper than going through apple.
