Are Keynote and PowerPoint fully compatible with the Galaxy Note?

Hello, I got lots of Keynote and a few PowerPoint presentation files on my Mac. Recently, I bought a Samsung Galaxy Note. It would be convenience to use it to make and deliver presentation. Based on your experience, is Galaxy Note fully compatible with Keynote and PowerPoint? I heard that Polaris Office might be an option. Perhaps there is a better App? Any opinion appreciated. Thanks.
