Are medication reminders possible in a Watch with Family Setup?

Considering a Watch for my daughter with Family Setup and the ability for her to be reminded to take her medication would be helpful - anyone know whether that is possible?

Don’t think it’s possible currently. Not sure why Apple omit many Health features from family sharing. It could be great to give a watch to our parents if they can benefit from every Health features, including ECG no less.

Currently, health data is stored in the Health app on the iPhone. Since watches on family sharing aren't paired to an iPhone, there's nowhere to store the data. I suppose Apple could figure out a way to store the data on the watch, or in the Cloud, but there are problems with both. To store health data on the watch requires more storage space on the watch, and storing health data in the Cloud has privacy implications. So it's not that simple to do.
