So, i've been using my macbook pro unibody for a little less than 24 hours, and so far i must say i am pleased.
A few issues (minor) though. I played Call of Duty 2 natively on OS X. Runs ok, i guess, but i tested it with both Better battery life (9400?) and Higher performance (9600?). Suprisingly, the better battery life (9400?) runs better in my opinion. It seems to run with less hiccups, and smoother than the higher performance. Both are at native resolution (1440 X 900 i think) with settings at the default
Needless to say, this is shocking me. So, do you guys think that maybe my settings are switched (better battery life - 9600, high performance - 9400)? Or could this just be an issue of COD2 being a poor port to OSX?
Games run great in bootcamp though.
