Are NDA's over ?

Now that Tiger is offically announced are the NDA's over. ie: can those that have access to developer editions start to reveal details of how things work, what works, what doesn't etc or are they still under NDA until the release date?

I would have thought the NDA will continue until the product is actually on the shelves – might be wrong though.

The NDA for Apple's pre-release software doesn't expire at a specific day that way... As a matter of fact, it doesn't expire at all. When the retail version of Tiger comes out, developers can obviously disclose data about the retail version, but they still technically aren't supposed to disclose data about the prerelease versions.
