A few questions.

1. When setting up your new iPhone 13 Pro Max - Did it ask if you wanted to use True Tone? Mine didn’t.

2. My iPhone 12 Pro screen seems so warm compared to my 13 Pro Max. When I turn off True Tone, they both look cool, but when I turn on True Tone the 12 Pro gets a lot warmer than the 13 Pro Max. It almost feels like True Tone isn’t working properly on the 13 Pro Max or maybe the new screens are a lot cooler.

Can anyone provide some feedback on my questions/statements above?

My 13 Pro is leagues cooler than my 12 pro. Same results with Tru Tone. Very warm almost yellow on the 12p, barely noticeable on the 13p.

Alternatively, True Tone is more accurate on the 13. Making it cooler.

While I can’t compare those two. I’ve generally found True Tone to be too aggressive. Even in rooms I’m using cool lighting. Rather than warm lighting. It seems to warm the screen a lot.

Ok - yes, just wanted to make sure that even with True Tone on, it’s barely noticeable compared to the 12…I have them side by side and the 12 Pro looks yellow with True Tone on and 13 Pro Max is still pretty cool.

I actually prefer cooler screens, just wanted to make sure it was normal (since I got used to the yellow).
