Are the custom tones fixed in 17.1?

Hi. Just a few questions regarding the bug fixes of custom alert tones in 17.1. Do they work now? Are the new ringtones louder? Did Apple remove any ringtones/alerts? And is the new “Rebound Alert” there as well? I have a lot of custom tones and want to be sure they work in 17.1.
