I have checked on Amazon and other sites they seem to be cheap. can we upgrade Harddrive with SSD on the 13'inch MBP.

The Retina Display MacBook Pro's have proprietary SSD boards in them. While removable there are no 3rd party manufacturers of them at present. Any that you do see for sale were pulled from machines or are warranty parts.

If you are talking about the non-Retina MacBook Pro then it is indeed upgradable. It takes a standard 2.5" harddrive/SSD.

The current 13" non-retina MBP's are 2012 design/technology. They are thicker, heavier, shorter battery time (7 hrs vs 10 hrs), no new Broadwell processor, and no Force Touch trackpad. The non-retina MBP's are upgradeable for memory and internal drive as TheIguana said.
