iPad Are the new covers and cases in store?

Yes they are both in store in all colours. I got the smart case in black and very pleased with it. Fits very well and feels great.

My Apple Store did not have the Product RED case. Mine is on back order and will ship to my house. Kind disappointed but at least I did get my Air!

It does make it feel a bit heavier yes but still noticeably lighter than my iPad 3.

There's only about a 30g difference between the Smart Cover and smart case though, so with a back cover it would be the same weight roughly.

They had most in stock in the store I visited, all except the one I wanted (grey Smart Cover) I went for the black one

Bought both the brown leather Smart Cover and the black leather Smart Cover. Haven't opened the black yet but the brown looks very nice on my white iPad Air. And matches the two Apple cases I have for my white iPhone.

There are no leather smart covers for the Air. I take it you mean the cases. The smart covers are only available in polyurethane.
