I see tons of people talking about running apps, many of these people don’t look they have done a work out well….ever

But based on all the talk of running apps you’d think we would need freeways just for all these runners who are ALWAYS running!
I mean they run so much they need multiple GPS enables trackers with a full sensor suite for health telemetry, most people are probably having a hard time reading this as they are running while even reading right now 😂

But legit, is this like the exercise equipment or gym membership people buy and use once?
From a sales point it’s better, because even while eating more calories than you’ll burn you technically have that running app on your wrist to make you feel better

I mean, some of us do actually run a lot. I live in Portland,Or, and even on a rainy day (which there are many) you will see lots of runners and walkers out, many of whom are wearing Apple Watches, Garmin's, or Fitbits.
So, I guess it depends on who you are around. There are lots of us. I'm at 940 miles for the year so far, on my Ultra.

But even with that, only 2 other people in my company of 32 people run. So its definitely not for everyone.

And yeah, there are probably a lot of posers out there too. Thinking if they talk about apps or wear a watch they will look like they exercise. Who cares. Let them be...
