Been trying to download ios7 for ages on my iPad....kept failing....now it says 6.1.3 is up to date lol....so yea hopefully servers are down otherwise mines broke from failed attempts!

I'm getting the same message that it's up to date, but earlier today it said that iOS 7 was available.

The update and activation servers are being hammered by millions of people trying to upgrade. Give it some time and the issue will resolve itself.

Apple: Basically, everyone in the world who owns a iOS device is trying to get iOS 7, so the server is flooded. Me: Ok, thanks. Apple: Your welcome, is there anything else you need? Me: No, but thanks, bye. (End call) So yes the server is currently down.
