Are the speakers in the MBP 2017 13" inferior to those in the 15" MBP and IPP 2017 12.9"

I watched videos on the MBP 2017 13" and noticed that the sound quality is not as good. Also the volumn is a bit low. Are the speakers in the 13" version not as good as those in the 2017 15" version? As I recall, the rMBP 15" I used in 2012 and 2014 had better speakers. Not sure if it is just like the keyboard not as good as previous models, the speakers in 2016-17 versions are not as good regardless of the size.

Compared with the speakers on the IPP 2017 12.9", the speakers on the MBP 2017 13" also seem to be inferior.

i have one of the current generation 2016 13" mbp and the speakers are impressively loud for the size, definitely better compared to my old 11" mba. but i also have a 2014 15" mbp and it's speakers definitely louder and produce better quality sound than the 13".

but i've heard the new 15" mbp have great speakers. so larger size > smaller and newer > older it seems.

couldnt live with the sound on the new 2016-2017 MBP 13.
15 is very capable.
