Different regions have different keyboard layouts.
The first image features an ISO return key, generally used outside of America, especially in Europe.

There are different standards/preferences for keyboards resulting in different layouts. You may find different layouts are more common in different countries/localities. The above image shows what I consider to be a classic Enter key found on some of the older IBM keyboards I used ways back.
