Are there any 3rd party AirPod battery replacement services?

My gen1 AirPods have pretty lousy battery life now. Are there any 3rd parry services that can replace the battery for ‘reasonable’ cost? I did some web searching and couldn’t find anything other than apple’s somewhat pricey option, and didn’t see any relevant threads

I am planning on ordering a gen2 but would like to use the old ones on my Windows work machine.

AirPods are held together by glue and spot welds. They are effectively disposable products.
