Are there any advantages to web app apps (Flotato, Fluid, etc.) to the new web apps feature in macOS Sonoma?

MacOS Sonoma is coming with a Safari feature to add websites to the dock with their own icons. Isn't this essentially what apps like Fluid and Flotato do? Are there extra features in those apps that make it better, or have they been mostly Sherlocked?

Many features in the current iterations of macOS and iOS are "borrowed" from others. The time has come for Apple to borrow this too.

I’m a long time Fluid user, best 5$ I’ve ever spent, but the app is not longer updated. At the moment it works in Monterey, but I don’t know if it will still work in Sonoma.

Flotato doesn’t seem to be offering much more in the Pro version https://flotato.com/buy.html
but WebCatalog offers Cloud backup & sync, Private app library & App Lock https://webcatalog.io/pricing/

I’ll keep using Fluid for as long as I can.
