Are there any cigarette lighter FM transmitting docks that work with the Bumper Case?

I just got my first car (A handmedown 96 mustang from my parents) Are there any cigarette lighter FM transmitting docks that work with the Bumper Case? And also, would I be better off going with a directly connected FM modulator instead of a wireless transmitter. (Directly connecting it any other way than a FM modulator is not easily feasible with the age of this car, and the tape deck is fried).
 
I was really hoping someone would answer this question with a strong recommendation for a transmitter. I am in a situation with a '02 Prius- also a broken cassette.

Don't know about bumper cases. Wired FM is supposed to be better. If I could do an aux input I sure would.
