Are there any fixes for bricking?

my iphone 4 gets about 2/3rds done and then just stops. I've searched through many threads but haven't found a solution. Any help?

If it still wont restore and fails its a hardware problem and you need to bring it to Apple.

Interesting, so it was an itunes problem and needed a reinstall?
You didnt try restoring it on another computer either to make sure its not your machine?

nope, i just deleted those two files and itunes then a restart and it worked
