Not yet. They have exploits but are working on a delivery system.

I've been following this forum for a long time; if you have been as well... If a new iOS7 JB came out and everyone would know by now. There is a new thread every day like this one and it just clutters real updates.

I agree. As soon as there is an iOS7 jailbreak released it will propagate across the Internet like wildfire.
There will not be any need to ask.
