Do you need the resolution offered by 27" to 30" displays, meaning 2560 x 1440 or 2560 x 1600 pixel or do you just want a big display with 1920 x 1080 pixel with IPS technology? Have you looked at the Dell Ultrasharp series yet?

As along as its at least 1080p ,ips ,30-32, under $500, and preferable available retail Australia.

1080p will look abysmal on such a big screen, except maybe when watching moving images.
And I guess you mean 500 AUD?

What about a proper 27" display with 2560 x 1440 pixel? They can be had for less than 500 AUD I suppose, at least for less than 500 €.

Can you recommend any 27 inch ips monitors witha a resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixel for under 400AUD
