Are there any new features in the Mail App in 3.0?

I haven't seen anything mentioned about the Mail App in 3.0. Just wondered if it has received any attention by the devs.

I'm mainly looking for a "Mark All as Read" option.

I think you can search through emails now... but I think that's included in spotlight, so while not a direct mail update it still helps with the mail app.
