Are there any Qi charger plus Apple Watch charging stands?

I know obviously the AirPower isn't out yet, but does anybody know of any Apple Watch charging stands out there that also have a Qi charging mat on them? Having trouble finding any Qi chargers that also have an Apple Watch charging stand. Anybody know if such a thing exists?

I hope someone comes out with one. I’d love that since I don’t plan on ditching my gen 1 Apple Watch for another year atleast.

I've got one of each of these:

You have to provide your own watch charging cable with both. The Spinido has the QI charging hardware built in. The XStand2, you need to provide your own slim QI pad like this Vinsic:

or this Yogee pad:
