That particular one will NOT work for this situation. OP has just a single USB-C output.

Sorry I am late, op, but I use a Satechi on my MacBook. This gives you another usb-c port for charging and usb 3.0 ports.

I use a NOVOO USB-C Hub and I have had a good experience with it so far. The brand is a good value and there are different sizes to choose from to meet your needs for what you are looking for. Just another idea to add to the ones already listed above.
