Are there any SWF Flash to Video Converters out there?

I really love the flash videos to songs like Lemon Demon's Ultimate Showdown (www.lemondemon.com). However, I'd really like to get them into Frontrow which means converting them to video. Is there any program out there (preferably freeware) that can take an swf flash file and reder a video file from that without dropping any frames?

export to avi?

If i remember correctly, i've done this before by exporting the swf* into an avi, adding it to final cut pro or imovie and whammo..all done.

the * is because I forgot which program I did this with. It was a macromedia product. worked nicely.
