Are there good MagSafe-like magnetic TB4 adapter for M1 iPad Pro 12.9" 2021?

Hi, has anybody found a good MagSafe-like magnetic TB4 adapter that can transfer data at max speed of 40GBPS (ideally but not necessarily with fast charging)? Read some such adapters damaged TB4 of some computers.
