Are there iPad apps that resize interface elements for iPad Mini?

The iPad mini will downsize regular iPad apps automatically, but is it possible for developers to code their apps so that certain interface elements will be custom-sized depending on whether you are using a full-size iPad or iPad Mini? If so, have any developers done this yet?
