Are there Iphone 5 cases that do NOT cover the bottom metal strip ?

Hi

I have tried several iPhone 5 cases which do not allow my headphones to seat properly and make full contact. My Grado headphones have a thick plastic barrel that does not allow proper seating with most cases.

Are there iPhone 5 cases that leave the bottom metal strip fully exposed?

I am looking for a case that will not add appreciable bulk and does NOT have a built in screen protector, but leaves the bottom ports fully exposed.
